| Are you celebrating a special occasion tonight? | This question can also open up dialog for budget and pricing. It can establish the progression of your dining experience. i.e. Lots of guests like to start with sparkling wine if they are celebrating. This question allows you to suggest bubbles to begin and easily move into something else. |
